Captain Hammer!

"Captain Hammer's here, hair blowing in the breeze!" Seriously, Joss Whedon and gang had better do more with Dr. Horrible. I haven't been this obsessed with something since...Avenue Q! Or maybe Sky Captain before I saw the actual movie. Seeing the movie cured me of any obsession.
Penny, with her adorable little overbite, is too much fun not to draw. Like all damsels she falls quickly under Captain Hammer's spell.

For kicks I like to call him "Captain Hammer Pants".

Rad!

Dr Horrible needs to be a movie. Or at least a comic! A comic would make sense, right? Drawn by J. Bone? A mini-series comic, even?

Dark Horse? Anyone?

That's a comic I'd buy! Looks great J.... saved to the desktop!

Dominic - Thanks man.

Rachelle - I wish. Can I tell you...my obsession extends to Fanfic?! I've already made up a Dr. Horrible's sequel. Unfortunately I have no gift for music. Does anyone have Whedon's phone number? :)

Paul - Hmm...I wonder if Joss would release a comic the same way he made Dr. Horrible. Free at first with collection to follow. There's no money in "free".

best,
j.

J, you don't have to explain obsessions extending to fanfic to me. I know all about it. I am trying to write a fringe play at the moment: Secret Origins: The Musical.

PS - Wait until you see what Cal sent you in the mail. You are going to lose your mind. I did.

Rachelle - If your musical play ever hits the Fringe circuit it's no longer Fanfic is it! Bring that monster to life!
p.s. I now sit on the front porch waiting for the mailman every day! What could it be? I'm excited!

Continually spicy - Thanks. And, yes. Yes it is.

I vote for a comic as well since then you can bring Penny back because, as everyone knows, nobody ever really dies in comics.
