Happy Birthday, Superman!

Superman first appeared in Action Comics June 1938. I drew this for my Super Friends editor just for kicks. I really dig working on that book and drawing DC's big six in that cutesy, bulky action figure based way. This also the second birthday image I've drawn with a splatted cake.

Here's something I drew up for a nice guy who sent me a fantastic gift (Hi Chris). In between work I was finally able to colour it up.

What more can I say? :)

It's almost summer, last week was hotter than lava and I love Devil Dinosaur!
