Superman first appeared in Action Comics June 1938. I drew this for my Super Friends editor just for kicks. I really dig working on that book and drawing DC's big six in that cutesy, bulky action figure based way. This also the second birthday image I've drawn with a splatted cake.j.

I love the DC Super Friends figures. I buy them all for my nephew. I wish they would hurry up and make a Wonder Woman for the line already.
